How much will architectural design services cost for my project? For budgeting purposes, you can expect to invest 3-5% of the project’s construction cost. With that said, every project is unique and fees vary depending on the size, complexity, and scope of work. Our goal is to offer transparent pricing with no surprises. We believe good design is an investment that can improve construction efficiency, reduce costly changes, and create long-term value by delivering a home that functions beautifully for years to come.
Do I need to have design or construction knowledge to work with you? Not at all. Clients come to us with all different levels of design & construction knowledge and from all different backgrounds. Whether you have inspiration photos or are starting with a blank slate, we will expertly guide you step-by-step through the design process to help you create a functional home designed specifically for you.
